Anti-crack mortar

Anti-crack mortar, mortar made of anti-crack agent made of polymer emulsion and admixture, cement and sand mixed with water in a certain proportion to satisfy certain deformation and keep cracking, has better effect with mesh cloth.  

Construction method: 

1, remove the wall dust, oil, debris, make the surface clean.  

2, preparation: mortar powder: water = 1:0.3, with mortar mixer or portable mixer mixing evenly.  

3. Do spot-like adhesion or thin adhesion method on the wall, and press to achieve smooth.  

4, application amount: 3-5kg/m2. 

Construction technology: 

< 1 > basic treatment: pasted insulation board surface should be as smooth as possible, clean, strong, when necessary, can be used coarse sandpaper grinding.  The insulation board should be pressed, and the possible board joints should be levelled with the insulation surface of rubber powder polystyrene particle insulation mortar.  

< 2 > Preparation of materials: directly add water and stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly before use.  

< 3 > Construction of materials: stainless steel plaster knife will be anti-crack mortar pressed on the insulation board, the glass fiber grid cloth pressed into the warm plaster mortar and leveling, grid cloth should overlap, overlap width of 10cm glass fiber cloth must be completely buried, fiber reinforced surface thickness of about 2-5mm.
